Our 2026 theme provides a safe, supportive space for nurse practitioners to heal from burnout, share their real stories, and rediscover their voice. This year is all about community, authenticity, and rising together in leadership.

Rebuild. Reveal. Rise. reflects the emotional heartbeat of today’s NP profession. After years of rising pressure, burnout, and navigating healthcare in constant transformation, NPs are craving spaces where they can breathe, be heard, and reconnect with their purpose. This theme honors that need. It acknowledges the reality of exhaustion while celebrating the resilience, expertise, and lived experiences that make NPs the backbone of patient-centered care.
